    And the foods to avoid…. Good lord, avoiding meat and cheese is going to
    cause heart disease…. you people need to understand cholesterol is NOT a
    DIRECT cause of heart disease, tears in your veins are THE BIGGEST cause,
    so just get a crap load of vitamin C AND saturated fat to keep your body’s
    energy and stress maintained, not to mention your metabolism will suffer
    without saturated fat

      +MrFreeman012 I agree, kidney,liver, gall bladder and pancreas care is most
      important and top of all that the gut health is what keeps the heart
      strong. Flax seed tea a few times a day heals. Ginger and tumeric are
      great, so is bee pollen and cayenne. Low toxic metals and chemicals in
      foods, like raw wild meat, Got kidney problem, eat kidney to heal.E and B
      vitamins are missing and if not absorbed by foods, heal gut. Vitamin C, not
      ascorbic acid crap. Never synthetic supplements, get the real deal. Heal
      gut with flax seed tea.

      diet sometimes isnt perfect for someone if a specific thing irritates the
      gut.

      today’s feed lot beef is very stressed out which actually causes
      physiological changes in the quality of the meat. Grass fed, happy cows and
      fresh non aged meat are preferable but hard to obtain.
