High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

This video, created by Nucleus Medical Media, shows high blood pressure, or hypertension. This is a common condition in which the force of blood on the walls of your arteries is often too high. While your blood pressure may change throughout the day, it should normally be less than 120 millimeters of mercury for systolic pressure, and less than 80 millimeters of mercury for diastolic pressure. If your systolic pressure frequently stays above 140, or your diastolic pressure frequently stays above 90, you have high blood pressure.

I hope you’re doing okay now. I have low blood pressure, thanks to
Addison’s disease, though in saying that, since starting steroid
replacement therapy my blood pressure seems to have returned to normal, but
occasionally have the odd hypotensive episode.

The usual cause of hypertension is inflammation of the endothelium, the
lining of the entire vascular tree. (About 700 square meters in an average
sized person.) Inflammation is also the cause of heart attacks, cancer,
diabetes, etc. as well. You can reverse it with a plant based diet! No
medicine needed, just stop poisoning yourself and your body will heal. Best
resource is nutritionfacts.org which is all evidence based. Thanks.

You need a good quality salt, Maldon or pink Himalayan. If you have high
blood pressure its from LACK of salt and an animal diet (acidic), NOT too
much salt as the social control programme tell you. Processed refined salt
(table) is 1/3rd glass, 13/3 sand 1/3 sodium chloride (salt). Its heated to
1200 degrees killing all the minerals, it does not dissolve in the blood.
Its toxic to which the liver localises it in the tissue. That of which it
can get rid of will be detoxed through the liver. Kidney damage, liver
damage, arterial etc. The glass and sand scratch the arteries causing
bleeding (blood rise). Cholesterol goes there to prevent you from bleeding
to death. Then a quack MD who has no understanding of how to even cure a
cold. Puts you on a statin drug, which will kill you by preventing the
building proteins of your body (cholesterol) from building and maintaining
itself day on day. Cholesterol is all good. The more cholesterol, the
healthier you are. And switch sugar to raw honey, and xylitol 100% great
for the body. All of that is of course putting aside stress that is the NO1
cause. MD directed medicine is the NO1 leading cause of death world wide.
They have the youngest and highest death rate of any profession. They have
statistically the highest drug and alcohol abuse. Alkaline green juicing
cures everything. YOUTUBE – 7 STAGES OF ACIDOSIS (first video), GOOGLE
