    I swear by cayenne peppers and turmeric. Garlic, on the other hand, I have
    not noticed any specific benefits from.

      +NeoEyeBeLeave Cayenne makes the other herbs more effective…. like
      garlic… Garlic is good blood thinner and immune booster …. So its good
      for both red blood cells and white… Also individually both herbs improve
      circulation… but combined together it’s even more powerful. Garlic is
      more effective when raw and crushed….

    place I found that successfully combines these is the Wilfs Calmer Plan
    (check it out on google) definately the best plan that I’ve heard of. Check
